This upgrade is great news for all residents of the community! A summary of the upgrade can be found below;

  • New Sanitary Sewer Pump Station to replace existing at Lee Avenue in Skaha Park

  • New PVC forceman pipe from Lee Avenue Pump Station to Waste Water Treatment Plant

  • New parallel 400mm common trench, PVC return treated Effluent Forceman Pipe for City and School Parks Irrigation at South end of Penticton

  • Pipe connections for future tie ins by Penticton Indian Band on Green Ave and Green Mountain Road

  • Water main upgrade on McGregor Street from 100mm pipe to 150mm

  • Skaha Lake Road: add 5 new fire hydrants for additional fire protection

  • Surface restorations to equal existing conditions prior to any construction

Feb 2009,

WOW...we’re almost there! Trades have been working diligently through the winter months to be sure all deadlines are met. Windows are in, walls are up and the buildings are coming together beautifully! The Drywall process is well underway in Building Two and Building One is nearing the end of its framing phase. With its’ stunning architecture and quality workmanship now evident; Skaha Breeze is quickly becoming the talk of the town!

Plans for our show suite are well underway. The show suite will be located in Building Two and should be open to the public shortly... stay tuned for updates!

In the meantime, we are able to walk visitors through select unfinished units. Walk through visits are by appointment only. Please call or visit our sales centre to book your appointment!
